Our detailed reports, supported by facts and medical literature, help attorneys representing injured individuals obtain higher settlements efficiently and effectively
We are motivated by helping the injured individuals level the playing field, demand accountability and achieve a fair settlement for their loss and suffering. Through our efforts, we hope to improve the conditions that gave rise to the personal, work-place or medical malpractice-related injury suffered by the individual.
Commonly many injured individuals do not achieve fair settlements for their loss and suffering due to the expectation that such legal matters require significant time and money to resolve. These inefficiencies encompass the time attorneys need to address cases, the backlog in the court system, and the resulting frustration, along with unrealized funds from the perspectives of the injured. Our core mission and motivation is to minimize these losses and enhance overall efficiency with regards to reaching a fair settlement through efficient and effective investigation of causation, production of case review and summary reports backed by medical literature to support fair and fast settlement of the case.

Meticulous approach to details while not losing track of the whole picture; thorough review of medical records; interviewing the client and their family members; discussing with the treating physicians; utilizing literature to support our opinion; identifying all injuries; resolving unclear complaints; and clearly identifying diagnoses for these vague complaints. This is what makes us stand out from the rest

A medical-legal consultant is a physician who provides support to attorneys in cases involving human injury, including auto accidents, workplace injuries, falls, drug-related claims, defective medical devices, or cases of neglect and medical malpractice.
A medical-legal consultant offers much more than an expert opinion. While medical experts testify in court, medical-legal consultants assist in the pre-litigation phase, with the primary objective of achieving a settlement.
The majority of medical legal consultants do not testify in court.
In most cases you don't. Starting with a medical-legal consultant will help you build the case by identifying a broader range of injuries. They can provide detailed recommendations, causation opinions, and analyses on these issues. By investing upfront in a medical-legal consultant, you are maximizing the case value, particularly for the 90% of cases that settle. In fact, the medical legal consultant may help increase your case settlement rate.
The medical-legal consultant will direct you to the appropriate specialist if needed and can help you find an affordable option.
In those 10% of cases that end up going to court, the medical expert will likely rely on the same reputable resources used by the medical-legal consultant, leading to similar conclusions.
